Park Central Campbelltown is located in Sydney’s South West that is surrounded by 10.5ha of parklands. Stage 1 to 5 was able to provide attractive sustainable cosmopolitan style living hence identified the demand to complete the final stage of development known as Stage 6. The multiple lot development consist of 50+ single dwellings, 30+ terraces & 6 superlots with each lot containing up to 110 apartments.

Project consultancy advice from conceptualisation and design through to completion includes design management and supervisory role on behalf of Urban Growth.

Project scope of ongoing local community consultation, monitoring of contractors OHS practices, quality control of workmanship and contractor management to ensure strict Urban Growth guidelines and deadlines were achieved.
