Windermere Aged Care Facility

The Windermere Aged Care Facility is the second project Engine Room has completed for Windermere Aged care. The facility is an existing 63 bed high care facility. The facility is extremely successful with an occupancy rate of over 99% providing a specialised offering and a highly personalised service.

Engine Room Venture management has been appointed to provide end to end project management services including feasibility, authority approval process, design and documentation, construction and commissioning of the facility.

The project involves the addition of 17 beds and redevelopment of the facility including the refurbishment of the existing main building to provide upgraded services including refurbished rooms including new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area. An additional 2 storey wing will be built to contain the additional rooms and new facilities.
