Engine Room provided Project Management for the implementation of Charter Halls’ Industrial Brand Standard rollout. Wetherill Park Distribution Centre, an industrial warehouse of 11,000sqm, was the first to undergo a range of capital works projects which define the new brand standard, including landscaping, external façade and internal finishes, to ensure Charter Hall’s industrial sites read as a collective group.
