Westpac implemented the delivery of a new branch design, rolling out 7 Concept Branches across Australia to pilot the new design. The delivery of these branches has been important to Westpac to ensure their next generation of branches satisfies its customers.  The Delivery Management role included the management of the design including all consultants and delivery of the construction for each site across a number of states.
