Wesley Mission Disability Housing

Engine Room VM provided Project Management and Superintendent services for the construction of Wesley Mission Queensland’s Disability Housing project at Maroochydore. This project included two disability support houses and a disabled access extension to an existing site.

Management and coordination of all project stakeholders

House 1 a group home of five ensuite beds, plus common area and kitchen

House 2 – Four individual high physical support apartments. External car parking and landscaping

Small disability extension to the existing church whilst in active use 7 days a week

Site bounded by residential property to two sides

Church is in active use 7 days a week
