UNSW required a total refurbishment of two floors in their Optometry faculty to be completed during the summer student holiday period. These works included the construction of two PC2 Laboratories, three classroom labs, an eye examination / teaching space, equipped with 12 ophthalmology examination chairs complete with a synchronised AV system and various office and classroom spaces. Although works were completed during student holidays, construction took place in a live environment with faculty and post graduate personnel occupying the space.
