This project was for the complete refurbishment of the existing bathrooms within K17 – Computer Engineering. The project was carried out in a live environment and the works had to be staged to allow the students access to male and female toilets at all times.

Complete strip out of existing bathrooms

Removal of hazardous materials

Complete refurbishment of all bathrooms in a staged programme to allow access to toilets for students at all times
