This project including the major office refurbishment and a new Student Lounge in UNSW’s Hilmer Building. This was a complicated project and involved coordinated works in areas used by university staff, university students and private industry, a major IT Upgrade and new FFE (Furniture Fittings and Equipment). The project was staged to allow access to staff and students at all times. The project includes office refurbishment, new Student Lounge and IT upgrade in office areas, student areas and Back of House areas.
