Sydney Southwest Private Hospital ICU

The Liverpool Private Hospital Intensive Care Unit was completed within an existing part of the hospital reallocated for its use. The works included the redevelopment of this portion of the hospital to create 4 ICU beds, nurses station and supporting ancillary areas. The project also included detailed structural works to allow for medical pendants and requirements for additional mechanical plant on the roof above. Engine Room managed the project from inception which included design, delivery and authority approvals including NSW Health certification. Close coordination was required as the project was completed while keeping the hospital completely operational. The project was seen as one of the hospitals most successful projects.
