Suez Head Office

The Suez Head Office included the fitout of approximately 5,000m2 across 2 floors. Suez is one of the largest waste and recycling business’s in the world with their global headquarters in Paris; the office included a high level of technology to allow for state of the art communication between Suez’s other global and national offices. The project included the introduction of new intertenancy stairs between the 2 floors and the make good of a further 2700m2 as part of the movement of their offices onto new floors within the existing building. Engine Room VM’s role included Project Management of the entire project from concept to completion.

The project was delivered using a staged delivery while maintaining facilities for the existing office space. The project included a total of 350 workstations and offices as well as a combination of meeting rooms including board rooms, small collaborative spaces, quiet rooms and multipurpose training space
