Appointed as Project Manager and Tenancy Co-ordinator for the redevelopment of several key areas of the Strathpine Shopping Centre. The project entails the extension of the existing shopping centre to accommodate additional specialty shops, including enclosure of the open court space, new dining precinct, new gymnasium, entertainment and child care facilities. The extension to the existing mall for the proposed new works includes modifications to the existing entry into the food court, on-grade
driveway, including potential excavation and creation of additional footings structure for the newly proposed specialty usages on level 1.
