Settlers Reach Stage 7 Subdivision works included 70 lots of a 10 stage subdivision master plan for AV Jennings. The works include significant cut to fill, associated services and road infrastructure. The project crossed a key drainage zone for the master planned development which required the installation of a significant culvert drain. Management of the works were completed on time and budget.
