Engine Room VM were appointed by Frasers Logistics Trust to provide Project Management services for the upgrade of a 10,000m2 industrial warehouse located within the Perth Airport precinct. The project includes the subdivision and refurbishment of the facility including altered awnings, loading docks, roller shutters and parking. Engine Room VM have initially completed preliminary feasibility to confirm authority approvals, building and services scope, budget and program for the project.
