Pacific Fair Shopping Centre

Pacific Fair is located in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast and is one of Queensland’s largest regional shopping centres. The centre required project management services to undertake replacement of a new cladding system, signage and upgrade works to a 5 storey carpark at the centre. The project role included scoping and feasibility for the project along with design, tender and construction. An aggressive program designed to limit the impact on the centre was managed with a wide range of client stakeholders with varying interests, both long and short term, management of the consultation process was integral to project buy in and approval to progress.
