VALUE

The NSW Department of transport appointment included the strategic review of all NSW Level Rail Crossings and the delivery of maintenance and upgrade works. A Strategic report was produced to help the restructure of the parties involved with maintaining the crossings and the ongoing delivery of these services. The review took into consideration budget and cost control as well as reporting processes and procurement methodology. These recommendations have since been adopted and are currently used by the delivery team. The processes have adopted the introduction of commercial efficiencies to save the projects both cost and program.
