The project scope included the management of upgrading the existing guestrooms from concept design through to completion while maintaining hotel operations. Novotel Sydney Rockford comprises of 230 rooms, all of which required refurbishment as part of a $20 million upgrade to the asset. As a project with cost constraints close co-ordination with the owner’s management and hotel staff was imperative.
