Minto Distribution Centre, is an industrial warehouse of 14,000m2 occupied by Visy Australia. The capital works were undertaken as a lease renewal incentive and required refurbishment to the office areas, new canopy roof, slab repairs & solar panel system to be installed. Charter Hall also used this opportunity to continue their brand standard for external painting works. Engine Room VM created the brief to conduct these works and further establish the continued brand standard across the Charter Hall portfolio.
