Engine Room VM were engaged to complete the partial demolition, building services upgrade and expansion of the MAURI feed mill at their Enfield facility. Works entailed extensive site audits with various specialised consultants to capture the scope and programme whilst in a live environment. With the mill and equipment within being all over 60 years old great care was required throughout the demolition process to ensure retained equipment would remain operation 24/7. The staging of works was critical to guarantee the success of this project and Engine Room VM were pivotal with this planning.
