The project included the construction of 16 townhouses (3 bedroom) incorporating the existing heritage kiln structure. Engine Room’s services included design development and superintendent services. The project was part of the overall AV Jennings brickworks site redevelopment which also included upgrade and conservation of existing down draft kilns and chimneys incorporated into a community common area for the development. Engine Room worked closely with Council and Heritage Consultants as part of these works.
