Keppel appointed Engine Room to manage the building refurbishment and repositioning of 339 Coronation Dr, Brisbane. This complete building refurbishment includes upgrades to services, lifts and lift lobbies, entry lobby as well as the addition of a new end of trip facility. This staged program upgrade also included the introduction of façade landscaping, ground floor retail and food & beverage offerings. Throughout the upgrade, the building remained operational with minimal disruption to occupants.
