Refurbishment of ISPT’s 2,400sqm Melbourne headquarters. The appointment included the full management of the design, procurement, construction and close-out as well as internal stakeholder coordination. The construction work was undertaken in multiple stages during continued occupation which required significant coordination with the ISPT team to ensure no interruption to operation of the site.
