Forresters Beach Retirement Village is set on 50 acres and is a staged development currently into its 3rd stage of works. The facility provides fully serviced independent living residences with varying levels of services and community facilities including lawn bowls, community centre and pool.
The project included significant civil works including the creation of 3 large man-made lakes and preserved parkland. The overall project contains 296 residences.
