The Fern bay project included Stage 1 entry road and initial subdivision of the master planned community still under construction. The works included significant cut to fill of generally sandy conditions. Entrance link road was completed initially through reserve area and included significant landscaping works and RMS road upgrades to Nelson Bay Road.
