Responsible for oversight of wholistic upgrade and refurbishment of Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development & Cities Headquarters at 111 Alinga Street, Canberra. The total value of works being $15m, 12,000m2. The role was split between providing delivery and advisory. Advisory role comprised ensuring that the Landlord met the requirements of the lease to delivery of a staged upgrade of all workspace. Delivery role comprise of a package of upgrade and improvement works totalling circa $5m, including innovation lab, new collaborative works zone, security improvements.
