Department of Transport Customer Service Centre

Relocation of the licence and vehicle testing function of VicRoads’ existing customer service centre in Burwood to a new purpose built facility in Ringwood. The building is approx. 712m² and includes an external staff area and vehicle testing bay.

Engine Room VM’s engagement included the provision of the full suite of project management services from initial briefing to handover. The building is to be designed and constructed in accordance with VicRoads standards relating to aesthetics and function. Social procurement was a key consideration in the selection of contractors and suppliers in line with the relevant Victorian Government Guidelines.
