Fit-out of headquarters for a major tech company in Auckland, NZ, within a newly constructed Greenstar Rated building. The appointment included the full management of the design, procurement, construction and close-out as well as internal stakeholder coordination. The construction work was undertaken as an integrated fitout in multiple stages which required complex coordination with the landlord as well as the local client team.
