Engine Room was appointed to provide Project Management and contract administration services for the project. The project included the management of the onsite delivery of the project starting from a green field site to completion including certification of fuel tanks and food preparation areas within the Red Rooster and 7 Eleven Fuel Station.

The project was undertaken as a design and construct contract delivered within a GMP Contract. The project was completed within both the original project budget and program.
