Hyatt Regency Rostov On Don

The project consists of a 200-key 5 Star Hyatt Regency hotel with 40 branded serviced apartments on three upper levels, boutique retail and premium offices and occupies a prime high street site between two parks in the historical center of Rostov on Don.

Its main feature is the all-year round in doors street like public space 4-storey high “atrium-boulevard” with live trees along the main façade. The project received a Silver Diploma of the Union of Russian Architects and was highly acclaimed in Rostov for its innovations. Facades of the hotel use sustainable materials and vertical landscaping; green roofs and external louvers combined with solar panels included as architectural elements.

The project design was managed from London with Delivery on site through a local Russian Head Contractor.
