8 Rodborough Road Make Good

Engine Room were engaged to capture the extent of a makegood scope to Charter Hall’s 11,000m2 industrial facility in Frenchs Forest. The facility consists of 3,500m2 of office space with remaining, warehouse. The scope included a significant portion of remediation works caused by an unattended water leak over several months, spreading between multiple floors. Engine Room delineated the scope to capture works required for an insurance perspective and those remaining to complete the building makegood.

As the works commenced, the scope increased to include various integrated fitouts for incoming tenants and subdividing the existing asset to allow for a multi-tenanted space.
