Recent removal from Level 1 lead to the requirement to remove a data centre installed within Computer Associates previous L1 tenancy and complete make good on the remainder of the floor (including stair infill). This was all completed whilst the remainder of the building was operational. Engine Room VM completed test fits for the space to allow potential tenants an awareness of potential fit out opportunities.
