Engine Room VM have been managing building upgrade and speculative fitout works within both 6 & 7 Eden Park. The building is an A-Grade 5-star NABERS rated commercial building. The asset comprises two 5 level commercial towers with retail and shared 2 level basement carpark. Works complete have included 2 x Ground floor entry lobby upgrades, tenancy floor makegood and speculative fitouts across multiple floors and modification to the retail tenancies including intertenancy walls. In addition, Engine Room have been appointed to undertake and oversee new tenancy fitouts as Landlord Representative.
