Engine Room were initially required to review and conduct a diagnosis of the existing hardstand known defects of this industrial site. Throughout our various investigative surveys, the full extent of building defects was uncovered and prioritised. Works consist of replacement of 5,000m2 of existing internal hardstand and remedial works to underground building services and replacement of cold room ceiling panels due to prolonged water damage. The rectification works are to take place in a live environment.
