Charter Hall purchased this dual lot asset prior to final development completion and tasked Engine Room to finalise the civil infrastructure and hand back a large parcel of land to the department of Planning, Industry and Environment.

The final works consisted of construction of a roadway down a steep embankment to a bioretention basin and revegetation to the rear of the site. Works were completed within a live operating site, requiring strict traffic control and coordination with both affected tenants.
