Engine Room have been appointed as Tenancy Co-ordinator for 16 retail tenancies as part of the new mixed use development in Randwick. The project is part of the redevelopment of the Inglis stables site, providing 642 residential dwellings and approximately 2,300sqm of commercial/retail accommodation. The masterplan comprises 17 residential apartment buildings ranging from 3 to 8-storeys to be developed in three stages.
It will include terraced lawn seating, a large open green space, a community barbecue and seating area with a series of outdoor garden rooms as part of the 5,000sqm public park.
