Engine Room was appointed to provide both Development Management and Project Management for this mixed use residential development comprising of 102 residential units and 3 retail / commercial tenancies.

The project involved close consultation with Canterbury Council’s planning team to ensure the gate way site achieved both the right commercial out come for the owners and design outcome for Campsie town centre. The project was recommended for approval by the council and granted final approved by the Joint Regional Planning Panel.
