As part of the building repositioning to upgrade 2 Elizabeth Plaza to a premier B grade asset in North Sydney, Engine Room were engaged to enhance the building’s sense of place and standard of quality. Engine Room worked with the design team to completely recreate the ground floor lobby and create a sense destination and warmth within the everchanging precinct. Further to the physical upgrades, Engine Room were involved in the process to remarket and rebrand the asset to 2 Elizabeth Plaza, ‘Explore Potential’.
