Engine Room were engaged to manage the simultaneous delivery of two speculative office fitouts within 2 Elizabeth Plaza for Artifex Property and SC Capital. The speculative fitouts were the new pilot works design to upgrade the building’s position in the North Sydney market. The works commenced in creating a new base building standard in an effort to improve the green star rating.
