Huntingwood distribution facility is a site of 15,000m2 comprising of a two-storey office and warehouse containing a dangerous goods store. Engine Room advised and scoped the make good works following an end of lease vacancy. The works included various fire engineering performance solutions, full amenities replacement, general makegood works and statutory compliance upgrades, including but not limited to a new passenger lift.

Additional to the original scope of works, a new tenant required the additional of new external roller door opening to be completed prior to occupation. A fast-tracked design and development application was lodged to align construction with the procurement of the new lift.
