Engine Room VM were engaged to Project Manage the completion of a speculative tenancy for Investa Property Group for a tenancy which was struggling to gain attention. To streamline the programme, a design & construction methodology was undertaken. Engine Room VM’s experience with this type of work allowed the team to critically evaluate the design to ensure Investa were achieving a suitable product for the asset. Prior to completion, the tenancy was leased, and minor modifications were addressed for the incoming tenant.
