The project included the design and delivery of multiple upgrade projects for the building. Engine Room completed the full Project Management service for all stages of the project. The projects were completed in live environments keeping in mind the continued operation of the building. A chiller replacement was completed including the Sunday shut down of Castlereagh St to complete a 27 storey crane lift of the chiller and associated components to the roof top plant room.
