Engine Room is providing full Project Management services for the installation of a new stormwater tank for the irrigation of a landscaped area within an existing industrial facility. Throughout this process, close coordination with the client and facility management team are essential to identify any existing elements within the site that may be impacted by these works or deemed necessary to replace whilst works are being undertaken. As there is an existing tenant at this site, Engine Room are also working with tenant to ensure minimal disruption whilst the project is completed on time.
