Entrance Foyer and Lift Lobby Full Refurbishment in Live Environment
New modern End of Trip Facilities
Level 9&10 Full Refurbishment of Lift Lobby and Bathrooms
Level 9 Division of 800m2 floor plate to form 2 new tenancies – Warm Shell & Spec Fitout
Level 10 Demolition of Existing Tenancy & Full Floor Warm Shell Fitout
