107 Walker Street

107 Walker St is an 8 level commercial building located centrally in North Sydney. The building is a privately owned strata building. Project Management services were provided to deliver the refurbishment of the building’s entry lobby and the lift lobby, tea room and bathrooms on each floor.

With a tight budget, the project was delivered with a 30% saving on the original proposed cost for the project. This was achieved through close collaborative review with the buildings strata committee and successful contractor.

The refurbishment was staged and completed whilst keeping all levels operational with minimal to no impact on tenants.
