1 King St, Concord West houses a major section of Westpac’s banking support services staff across a total of 16,000sqm.

A project was undertaken to complete a refresh of the property including the replacement of carpet, new bathrooms, new signage, upgrades to meeting room facilities including furniture and an extensive upgrade to all AV equipment. Management of this project included both design co-ordination of all consultants and delivery of the project.
