Engine Room VM provided Project Management services for the redevelopment of the Horse & Jockey Inn at Menangle Park. now known as Club Menangle.

This project included converting the premises to a registered club and carrying out major upgrades. The redevelopment included function rooms, a new restaurant, gaming lounge, sports lounge, an outdoor bar, carpark and significant landscaping and outdoor recreation areas.

Celebrating the historic features of the site through the landscaping design and bringing contemporary design to the club interiors.
