Engine Room were appointed as the Project Manager for the initial planning and budget stage for the refurbishment of the Pullman on the Park Hotel, Melbourne. The refurbishment of the hotel includes hotel rooms, lift lobbies, services and plant equipment upgrades, BCA upgrade, facade and external lighting and an external bar terrace.
