Frasers Logistics Trust required an upgrade and expansion of their existing pallet manufacturing facility for CHEP. Engine Room VM were engaged from the onset, from lease negotiations which included lot consolidation, through concept design, to completion and approvals. Works included a hardstand expansion of 12,000m2 with complete refurbishment works to the existing 25,000m2 facility. The site operates 24/7 and required works to be undertaken in precise phases to maintain site functionality.
