Engine Room VM have been engaged to provide Project Management services for the base building upgrade at 116 Adelaide St. Whilst the scope of works is being finalised as part of our engagement it is expected to comprise;
Extending the building line to the front property boundary at ground level
Streetscape improvements within the road reserve in front of the site
Refurbishment and expansion of the commercial office tower lobby
Replacement or enhancement of the building façade Ground to L4
Conversion of existing basement store into additional car parking spaces
Potential for addition of outdoor open space on podium rooftop
Six floors of base building upgrade and fitout works
