Engine Room VM were tasked to undertake the development approval to complete the retail amalgamation, fit-out and building mechanical upgrade works to 105 Miller St, North Sydney. The MLC Building as it’s commonly known is a landmark modernist high-rise office block in North Sydney,the first of its kind in the area and subsequently under strict scrutiny for its heritage significance. Despite this scrutiny from various stakeholders, Engine Room VM were able to complete this project in minimal time to ensure leasing of the retail space was not majorly effected.
