530 Collins is one of Melbourne’s largest premium office buildings ideally situated in the heart of the corporate precinct. The project scope involved management of an intensification project for St George/Westpac on levels 7 & 8 to approximately 2,800m2. The project was undertaken whilst the existing tenancy was still in use. Careful co-ordination and communication ensured successful delivery with no interruption to business operations on the floors.
